NOW OPEN For Essential Caregiver Visits!

Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation is please to announce it’s now open for residential visits by essential caregivers!  Each resident can have up to two dedicated essential visitors INSIDE Park Place!

These prescheduled, 1- to 2-hour visits are available Monday thru Friday as well as the weekends! All visits are by appointment only. These visits are personal interactions between a resident and one designated essential caregiver at a time with no physical distancing required. We are happy to work with families to accommodate visiting preferences.

ALL VISITORS MUST HAVE A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST RESULT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF EVERY SCHEDULED VISIT. The results must be provided at the time of visit and a visit could be cancelled or rescheduled if results are not available.

Testing is the responsibility of the visitor. Visitors will be required to wear masks and, in some cases, even a face shield. These will be provided by Park Place. [Related: Our Care Under COVID]
